For general procedures and instructions look here. Please send the filled-in forms to to hes(at)ei.tum.de. Please submit your report (7-10 pages, no mandatory layout) as pdf-file (no printed version!) to hes(at)ei.tum.de with a certificate from the company acknowledging a duration of at least 9 weeks and the filled-in form sheet  (or link )for acknowledgement by email as pdf-file (no printed version!) to hes(at)ei.tum.de . Only duly completed forms will be processed further. Research Internship (Master)

For general information please visit https://www.cit.tum.de/cit/studium/studierende/abschlussarbeit-abschluss/ You need to register your research internship before you begin your practice by sending an email with your student matriculation number, start date, tentative title of your work and supervisor email address to to hes(at)ei.tum.de and we will register you for the research practice. You will get an email from koinon@xcit.tum.de, where you need to confirm your registration. Please note that the koinon portal is stupid and does not allow (in most cases) to enter the correct start date. It also says it is an "abschlussarbeit" (final thesis) - it is all bullshit - dont worry about this.
